Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available, how refund requests are evaluated and which services are non-refundable once professional work, administrative processing or third-party coordination has commenced.
1. Introduction
QIHUB INFO provides professional company formation, business consulting, strategic advisory, business planning, compliance support, webshop infrastructure and digital operations services. Due to the professional and administrative nature of these services, refund eligibility depends on the service type, the work already performed and any third-party costs incurred.
By purchasing a service through QIHUB INFO, requesting a quotation, making a payment or instructing us to begin work, the client agrees to this Refund Policy.
2. General Refund Principles
Refund requests are reviewed individually and fairly. Approval of a refund is not automatic and depends on the stage of service delivery.
- Whether professional work has already started
- Whether administrative processing has already been performed
- Whether documentation has already been prepared
- Whether third-party costs have been incurred
- Whether a consultation or advisory session has been delivered
- Whether digital infrastructure work has started
- Whether compliance, KYC or AML checks have been initiated
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services may become non-refundable once work has commenced:
- Company formation preparation
- Government filing preparation
- Business planning and funding documentation
- Strategic consultation sessions
- Executive advisory sessions
- Compliance reviews
- KYC verification reviews
- Document preparation
- Webshop configuration work
- Website or digital infrastructure setup
- Custom research, analysis or report preparation
4. Company Formation Services
Company formation services involve administrative preparation, document review, compliance review, coordination with official bodies or third-party providers and operational processing. Once these steps have begun, refunds may be reduced or unavailable.
Government fees, registrar fees, filing fees, registered agent fees, notary fees, address service fees, banking fees and other third-party administrative expenses are generally non-refundable once paid or incurred.
5. Consulting and Advisory Services
Consultation appointments, strategic advisory sessions, executive advisory sessions and business strategy meetings are non-refundable once delivered.
If a client cannot attend a scheduled session, rescheduling may be available when requested at least 48 hours before the appointment. Failure to attend without reasonable notice may result in the session being considered delivered.
6. Business Planning Services
Business plans, funding proposals, market research reports, financial forecasts, CV preparation, LinkedIn optimization and custom documentation involve professional time and intellectual work.
Once drafting, analysis, planning or document preparation has started, these services are generally non-refundable.
7. Digital Services
Digital infrastructure services, webshop systems, payment integrations, hosting setup, website setup, email configuration, SEO setup and ecommerce preparation may not be refundable once implementation work begins.
Third-party hosting, software, domain, plugin, licensing, payment provider or integration costs are generally non-refundable.
8. Deposits and Partial Payments
Deposits, consultation fees, onboarding fees or initial administrative payments may be non-refundable once QIHUB INFO has allocated time, reviewed documents, initiated communication, started compliance review or commenced service preparation.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact QIHUB INFO before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes. Most issues can be resolved through communication, rescheduling, service credit or review of the service stage.
Fraudulent, abusive or bad-faith chargebacks may result in service suspension, account restriction and recovery efforts where permitted by law.
10. Refund Request Procedure
Refund requests must be submitted in writing and should include:
- Client full name
- Order number or invoice number
- Service purchased
- Reason for refund request
- Supporting information where relevant
QIHUB INFO will review the request and respond based on the service status, work completed and applicable terms.
11. Processing Time
Approved refunds may require 5 to 15 business days depending on the payment method, banking system and payment provider processing time.
QIHUB INFO is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers or payment processors.
12. Exceptions and Service Credits
QIHUB INFO reserves the right to approve partial refunds, service credits, rescheduling or alternative solutions where appropriate. Such decisions are made at the discretion of QIHUB INFO and do not create an automatic right to future refunds.
